Laura & Max

Part 1

‘Laura, hurry up, they’ll be waiting!’ Tom moaned.

‘I’m coming, I’m coming!’ I yelled, shoving my purse in my bag and running into the corridor.

Tom frowned at me. ‘Why you all dressed up?’

‘I’m not!’ I replied. ‘Now come on, we have to go, remember?’

Tom nodded and opened the door. Tom was my older brother. He annoyed the hell out of me sometimes, but he was okay really.

‘Who are we meeting again?’ I asked, as we walked along the streets.

‘The boys form the band. They’re stayin’ for the week while mam and dad’re away.’ He said, not looking at me as we walked.

‘Hm.’ I murmured. Eventually we reached the train station, and as we walked in, I saw 4 lads, of all different ages and hieghts and looks, but one stood out the most…

Part 2

‘Hey, mate!’ Tom yelled as we got closer.

The one who I’d noiced first, with the hazel eyes, and the muscles and the shaven head grinned. ‘Hi Tom! Y’alright?’ He was from Manchester.

‘Yeh, now that yous are here, and I’m not stuck with her all the time!’ He answered.

‘Who’s that?’ One of them asked. He was about my age, if not younger, with brown hair and a fringe.

‘Laura.’ Tom said, shrugging. ‘My little sister.’

‘She looks nothing like you.’ One of them stated; he had curly hair and a wonky mouth.

‘She’s pretty for a start!’ The one I had noticed said.

I blushed. ‘Aren’t you gonna intorduce me?’ I asked Tom.

Tom shrugged again. ‘Max, Siva, Jay, Nathan.’ He said pointing to them.

‘Sup?’ I said, raising my hand.

Tom looked at me funny, and shook his head. ‘Howay then, let’s go!’ he grinned, turning around and leaving the train station.
